Villa Bria has a total surface area of 900 m2, including gardens, terraces, frescoed halls and galleries divided as follows:
GROUND FLOOR
Magnificent and refined, the halls and rooms are embellished with remarkable frescoes and elegant stuccos. The total surface area is 250 square meters divided into 6 Halls: capacity standing 220 people, seated 150.
FIRST FLOOR
Halls and Rooms of great scenic impact, frescoes of refined workmanship, affected stuccos. The total surface area of the first floor, from whose loggia you can enjoy an open and wonderful hilly panorama, is 233 square meters divided into 5 Rooms: capacity standing 210 people, seated 140.
18TH CENTURY GALLERY
A wonderful architectural solution built in 1700 to house a valuable collection of paintings, it extends over a length of 60 meters with a vault enriched with elegant stuccos and has a surface area of 308 square meters. The capacity is 270 people standing, 200 seated with an imperial table or round tables.
FOUNDATIONS
The oldest part of the Villa, which bears historical memory of the Castelpiano Castle of 1400, offers a highly evocative space that extends over a surface area of 120 m2 divided into two areas: capacity for 150 people standing, 100 seated.
THE GARDENS
Contained within a brick wall that scenically delimits the border towards the hill, they present themselves with elegant flowerbeds, centuries-old trees and a fountain of great impact. The surface is 1000 square meters.
THE STAIRCASE
The ancient frescoed staircase can host couple photos, single or family portraits, framing each shot with its timeless charm.
